A Nigerian Court has ordered the National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control to direct the Nigeria Bottling Company Plc., manufacturers of Fanta and Sprite soft drinks, to include a warning on the bottles of the product, that its content cannot be taken with Vitamin C. Justice Adedayo Oyebanji of the Lagos High Court, Igbosere, gave the order following a suit filed by a businessman, Fijabi Adebo, and his firm, Fijabi Adebo Holdings Ltd. The legal action, which was instituted in 2008, had NBC and NAFDAC as defendants. Huge numbers are resisting Donald Trump’s presidency, with almost 1 million signing a petition to have the 45th POTUS impeached. It’s been just under a month since Trump took the Presidential Oath, in that time he has already delivered on several campaign pledges by signed several executive orders – including the controversial travel ban. The order, which restricts the movements of refugees and restricts the travel of people from seven Muslim-majority nations, has provoked multiple protests. As well as marches and demonstrations, anti-Trump activists – in their thousands – have signed a petition to impeach the president. Chico Fieroo, 26, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison (Picture: El Paso Police Department) A student has been jailed for 25 years for murdering his girlfriend during rough sex on Valentine’s Day.  Chico Fierro, 26, pleaded guilty to killing Karyna Rodriguez following a night of drinking, in which he also took pictures of her unconscious body covered in blood. Rodriguez had told police that he and his girlfriend had ‘rough sex’ and then had fallen asleep but officers later found photos on his phone of her lying on the mattress surrounded by blood. Ms Rodriguez, who was also a student at New Mexico State University, was found in an apartment at midday the following day. A preliminary autopsy determined she bled to death from severe internal injuries that apparently took place during sex, the  El Paso Times  reported.
